Shipping Policy
Orders ship via UPS Ground from our fulfillment partner pharmacy in 2 to 3 business days within the continental U.S. Most orders are picked and packed within 1 business day of payment.
Carrier and delivery time
All orders ship via UPS Ground. Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 business days within the continental U.S. after the order leaves the warehouse. Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. federal holidays are not transit days.
Cost
Free UPS Ground shipping in the U.S. on orders over $75. Otherwise $5.95 flat. Expedited UPS service and international rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
A UPS tracking link is emailed to you the moment your label is generated. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, email support@betterhealthsups.com and we will look into it.
Proof of delivery
UPS provides delivery confirmation on every package, available through your tracking link. If you need a signed proof of delivery for any reason, email support@betterhealthsups.com with your order number and we will pull it from UPS.
International orders
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. International duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
